If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
To initiate a return or exchange, customers are required to contact our support team with their order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The amount will be credited back using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ensure a prompt resolution at no additional cost to you.
